Alde Compact 3010 & 3020 Spares & Parts

The Alde Compact 3010 and 3020 are wet central heating boilers. Instead of blowing hot air around the vehicle, they heat a glycol and water mix and pump it through convectors, radiators and, on many caravans, a heated towel rail, while also providing domestic hot water. The 3010 is the older colour touchscreen generation; the 3020 HE is the iNet-ready version that followed it. Both run on gas, mains electric or both together.

The parts that come up again and again are the control panel and its front cover, the 2 kW and 3 kW circuit boards, the 12 V circulation pump, the room, outdoor and boiler sensors and their cables, the FrostControl safety and drain valve, the expansion tank and its cap, and the rubber elbows, T-pieces and bleeder screws that join the heating circuit. Systems also need topping up with the correct Alde glycol antifreeze, which is on this page too.

Your model is on the label on the boiler itself, usually under a bench seat or in a wardrobe base, and the part number is printed on the component.
