Your Statutory Rights

 

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you also have the right to a full refund if goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

 

Our Returns Policy

 

In addition to your statutory rights, Bedam Leisure offers a 30-day return window. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging, with all components included.

 

How to Start a Return

 

To start a return, please contact us at info@bedamleisure.co.uk or call us on 07564 101139. Once your return is authorised, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

 

Refunds

 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 calendar days of us receiving the returned goods. Your original delivery charge will also be refunded.

 

If you are cancelling under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us unless the item is faulty or not as described, in which case we will cover return postage costs.

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty or not as described:

  • Items that have been installed, modified, or used
  • - Items specifically ordered or cut to size
  • - Items that have been damaged after delivery through no fault of Bedam Leisure

Faulty or Damaged Items

 

Please inspect your order on receipt. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@bedamleisure.co.uk with photos of the issue. We will arrange collection at no cost to you and send a replacement or issue a full refund.

 

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if a fault appears within 30 days of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund. Between 30 days and 6 months, we will offer a repair or replacement in the first instance.
