Shipping Policy

Order Processing All orders are processed within 2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will begin processing on the next working day.

Delivery Once dispatched, orders are sent via next-day delivery and typically arrive the following business day. Please note that delivery timescales are subject to carrier performance and may be affected during busy periods or adverse weather conditions.

Estimated Delivery Times For most UK orders, you can expect to receive your items within 2–3 business days from the date of order (2 days handling + 1 day delivery).

Tracking Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched. You will receive a notification with your tracking details.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. Bedam Leisure cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
